Dear Parents/Carers

Thank you for the interest you have shown in our school. This website is intended to give you some information about the life and work of Kildwick Church of England Primary School. Children attending our school are aged from 4 years to 11 years; beginning their school life with us in the Reception Class.

Our motto is: “Believe, Achieve, Succeed.” We aim to develop this approach and create an environment in which children will flourish. We want the children to care and show respect for each other, value themselves and learn to appreciate the values of others.  We aim to do this by developing an awareness and understanding through the core values of Respect, Peace, Courage, Trust, Forgiveness and Friendship.  Our school is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled school and your child will be educated in a Christian environment.

Our partnership with parents and carers is important to us. Through an effective home and school link we aim to ensure that your child’s time with us is successful and happy. In a secure learning environment, we will offer your child support and challenge, as it is our aim to enable each child to achieve their full potential whilst at Kildwick.

We look forward to working with you and your child.

Yours faithfully

Tim Whitehead
